Tasting notes
Fine, lively and diffuse effervescence. A delicate, fresh and extremely open nose which enhances the virtues of a bouquet dominated by the fresh aromas of dried fruits (figs and prunes).
A pleasantly persistent finish that is delicate and gourmand.
Blanc de Noirs

50% Pinot Noir – 50% Pinot Meunier
Tasting notes
A perfect sparkling golden yellow robe. The intense and complex nose is literally intoxicating. The attack is fresh and fruity in the mouth (apricots, figs), an authentic gourmand emotion.
A delicious finish revealing candied fruit aromas.
Chardonnay

Tasting notes
A sparkling robe with golden hints and an effervescence of fine bubbles forming a beautiful string. In the mouth, an impressive and refined composition of fruity flavours, of white peaches and exotic fruits (Mango, ripe Pineapple).

Rosé
Blend
40% Chardonnay – 30% Pinot Meunier - 15%Pinot Noir – 15% Coteaux champenois rouge
Tasting notes
A beautiful orangey pink colour, this rosé yields a complex and fresh nose which develops around fruity aromas (strawberry, blackberry). Its attack is full and engaging, in the mouth it is creamy and elegant.
Smooth and persistent, the finish is enhanced by generous gingerbread notes.
Cuvée Spéciale
Blend
50% Chardonnay – 25% Pinot Noir – 25% Pinot Meunier
Tasting notes
An engaging nose that is complex and dynamic opens into an elegant bouquet of white flowers. On agitation, a rush of freshness explodes in the head with tonic fragrances (grapefruit).
This freshness is a marvellous balance to the wine’s splendid body.
